Our own Hadlee Mathias is making local history by earning 41 college credits, and she has not even graduated from high school yet. It is the most college credits earned by a high school student since Valley City State University started its dual-credit program. She plans to go to VCSU to get her degree in teaching, already knocking three semesters from the time she would need to spend in college. One of the college course she took got her experience as a teacher's assistant.
