ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR
Rob Hunt - VCPS Activities Director
Valley City Public Schools takes great pride in offering large school programs in a small school setting. Students are encouraged to take advantage of the 30 activities offered at VCPS. Research has shown that students who participate in interscholastic activities tend to have higher grade-point averages, better attendance records, lower dropout rates and fewer discipline problems than students generally. Interscholastic activities are inherently educational and support VCPS's purpose and direction statement by providing opportunities for students to develop teamwork, sportsmanship, self-discipline, and skills to handle competitive situations that will help them become responsible adults and productive citizens.
